    • Appetizers: we all briefly introduce ourselves
    • Entree: our guest talks with an interviewer
    • Dessert with coffee, tea, drinks: your questions for our guest, and an open discussion

At the end of the hour we call for the check. Although people can stay and chat if they'd like.

In October, about 20 people gathered virtually for an hour. For the first half David Frutkoff interviewed Kathy Evans, and then we had a general discussion.

From this we learned that the choice of interviewer is  important. It also seems helpful for the interviewer and guest to plan beforehand. Now that all of us are old have a wealth of lived experience, each of us has plenty of stories to choose from.

We did not record, which was the right decision for several reasons.

We are asking people to register. Registering means you get the link and a reminder one hour beforehand. However, once you have the link you can share it with anyone else. They don't have to register separately.

We are now organizing the 2025 lunches. Look out for a Newsletter with the schedule for the next few months.

A Lunch With meetup is a (virtual) meal with a classmate. Inspired by seeing folks at our reunion, this is a great chance to get energized, connect, and learn more about someone you might know a little—or not at all.

These lunch events are mid-week at 10am Pacific, 11am Mountain, noon Central, and 1pm Eastern time.

Let's use blog entries to share details of projects that you and other classmates are working on. Send a report to classacthr79@gmail.com

As examples, here are some of the stories from our 40th Reunion.  One expert panel addressed fears and hopes for the natural environment. Another panel offered a roadmap for reaching emotional wellness, focusing on our own--and our nation’s—journeys from addiction and suicide
